Saturday, March 24 7:00 a.m.–5: 30 p.m.

Monday, March 26 7: 30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
CONFERENCE BADGES
In March 2012, you will receive an e-mail from ASCD that contains
a confirmation barcode that will admit you to the Annual Conference
and Exhibit Show. This barcode will be good for your entire registration, whether you’re registered for a pre-conference institute, the
Annual Conference, or both.
You have two ways to access your badge. Print out this barcode and
bring it with you, or access it on-site with your mobile device. When
you arrive at the conference, please come to the ASCD registration
area. You will scan your barcode, which will immediately generate a
printed badge for you right then and there. You will pick it up along
with your badge holder, and you are ready to go. As always, our staff
will be on hand should you have any questions.

» EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors must check in at the Exhibitor Registration Desk in the
Pennsylvania Convention Center, First Level, Broad Street Foyer.
» VOLUNTEERS
Attendees registered as volunteers must;check;in;and;check;out
at the Volunteer Office in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Third
Level, 305–306, to pick up their ribbons and drop off final assignment paperwork.
» PRESENTERS
Concurrent conference presenters must check in before their presentations to receive their ribbons and confirm their audiovisual information in the Presenter Office in the Pennsylvania Convention Center,
Third Level, 305–306.
